I'm painting my nails blue for Nailing Diabetes on 14th November, World Diabetes Day.

I'm doing it for everyone living with diabetes. For the mums, dads, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, grandparents, and best friends. I'm doing it for the days we feel like we're nailing diabetes and the days we don't. Diabetes can feel overwhelming sometimes, but were in this together and together we'll make a difference.

There are 4.8 million people living with diabetes in the UK, the complications of which lead to over 500 premature deaths every week. The funds I raise are vital to support the work of Diabetes UK, so please make a donation on this page.
