Running the Wales Coast Path for the CF Warriors, NSPCC and Maggie's - three charities that are extremely close and personal to myself, my wife and my mum.

Thanks for taking the time to see what madness I'm getting myself into this time...

This summer I will run the full 870 miles of the great Wales Coast Path. Starting in the North and running South I will cover every inch of the world's first ever coast path. The journey will begin in Chester and end in Chepstow.

To give you a sense of the challenge ahead - it is the equivalent of running 33.2 marathons and climbing the height of Everest 4.5 times.
