Team Jeff are taking part in Trek26 Brecon Beacons 2021

Together we will trek 26 miles across the Brecon Beacons for a very worthy cause. We trek for Jeff, a very loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, son and cousin.

Jeff was diagnosed with dementia around 15 years ago and still suffers the effects of this disease today. During these unprecedented times, we have not been able to see him and we are very thankful to his carers who work tirelessly to keep him safe, comfortable and well looked after.

We would appreciate any donations that can be made to ensure that the necessary research and treatment can be found for all those who suffer its effects.
