We campaign, support and fund research to stop people dying of bowel cancer

Story

Our team is divided into family and friends, we are trying to raise money for the second biggest cancer killer, Bowel Cancer.

My family suffer from a disease called Familial Adenomatous Polyposis (FAP), this is an inherited disorder characterized by cancer of the large intestine and rectum. People with the classic type of FAP may begin to develop multiple growths in the colon, as early as their teenage years.

Recently we lost my twin brother at the age of just 40, leaving behind a fiance and a daughter aged 11. Just before he passed away, we found out his daughter also carries the gene. As a family, we would like to raise awareness and funds towards research into FAP, through the charity Bowel Cancer UK, so my brothers daughter, along with other families, who are also suffering from the disease, have the best chance of survival in the future.

Our first venture, is the Yorkshire 3 peak challange. This will take place on the 16th July 2022. Please show your support by donating what you can to this amazing charity.

With the 3 peaks done, its time for a couple of weeks off until we plan our next venture.

thank you to everyone who has donate. myself and Chris never thought we would raise this much and with your help we did 🙏🏻🙏🏻.
