We provide welfare support to serving & ex-RAF & their families

Story

To celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s 70th Jubilee on the 6th February and as its her 4th Jubilee 15 members of the Royal Air Force aim to complete 70km of distance (running, walking or cycling) per week in February, covering 280km in total.

Given that many of our colleagues have suffered various injuries over the past few years they will also be competing a 4 x 70 challenge of their own choosing, whether that be press ups, sit ups, squats, burpees or lunges. The most important thing is to get active and support each other through the long dark month of February.

As an added bonus to this and given how much of an amazing job they do in supporting past and present members of the Royal Air Force we will be attempting to raise some monies for the RAFBF along the way.

Thanks for reading and we hope you join us along the journey.
