UPDATE: Nick Care's BIG Band Paean; the concert described below, was a sell-out! The Waterside theatre was full with 1020 seats sold and 160 performers, who were mostly alumni of Nick's various bands.

Grammy Award winning Aylesbury alumnus Jules Buckley directed the big bands and presented the concert.

ORIGINAL INFORMATION: There is a charity concert to celebrate Nick;s life at 6pm on Sunday 5th March 2023 at either the Waterside Theatre, Aylesbury OR at a Bedfordshire venue (location TBC) in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA).

We would like as many people whose lives were touched by Nick to come together and celebrate Nick and all the amazing music he brought to our lives. More info at: https://www.nickcareconcert.co.uk/

We intend to keep concert ticket prices to the minimum, but we hope that in addition to coming to the concert, people who've not done so yet, might wish to donate a little extra to the MNDA in memory of Nick via this justgiving page, or if they can't attend, then to donate instead.

We've asked the MNDA to earmark two thirds of the funds raised to go towards research, with the other one third going to support the Bedfordshire Group of MNDA, who helped Nick so much with equipment and general support.
