Raising money for Manchester Central Foodbank

We provide emergency food parcels to local people in crisis.

Story

Manchester University Geographical Society (MUGS) aims to bring together all undergraduates, postgraduates and staff in the Geographical community to both socialise and broaden our geographical knowledge. Geography sits within the School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED).

SEED is one of four schools within the Faculty of Humanities at the University of Manchester. SEED’s core aim is to understand and improve the uneven relationships between society, economy and the environment.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, MUGS and SEED have combined our fundraising efforts and are dedicating our time to helping out communities in Manchester which have been hit by the pandemic. Please either donate monetarily or through food and other items in the Chaplaincy on Oxford Road (in between the Church and KroBar)
