Raising money for SLCF and British Heart Foundation

Story

Please support us as we embark on a 100mile bike ride in aid of the Sri Lankan Children Foundation and the British heart foundation, two charities pardon the pun, very close to our hearts!

You can choose to donate to the British Heart Foundaton or the Sri Lankan Children Foundaton by clicking either of the team member page links below. Or both charity pages :)

On Sunday the 29th of May we will start the cycle from Embankment, London, throughout our home county of Essex, completing full circle back in London at the iconic Tower bridge.

After much thought and consideration we chose these charities as we have strong Sri Lankan heritage with many of our family residing there. As well as this, both the country and its people have overcome many hardships over the years yet remain some of the friendliest, determined and positive nations, some of the reasons we are so proud to be half Sri Lankan.

Also both of our beloved grandfathers have had heart attacks, tragically only one survived and our uncle currently having treatment for cardiac problems also. We couldn’t decide between the two so thought why not have both! Double the effort, double the rewards!

All of your support and generosity will be gratefully received in aid of these wonderful charities. Both of which transform the lives of so many.

We will get our hearts racing so that others hearts can continue beating, please join us.
