Story

Hello!

Emily, Katrina, Kira, Marc, Calum, Aaron & Isabella will be taking part in the walk 90k over October challenge to raise money for guide dogs and help support those blind or visually impaired. This subject of charity is super close to our hearts, please donate or share our page if you can 💜 we will be posting our progress on strava! The UKs first guide dog partnership qualified in October 1931. Since then, support is relied upon and has helped Guide Dogs transform the lives of thousands of blind and partially sighted people. The impact of losing your sight is the same now as it was 90 years ago. Its terrifying and its isolating. Without help, people with sight loss are likely to encounter unemployment, depression, loneliness, and financial insecurity.

Guide Dogs provides a range of life-changing services and are working hard to reach many more people with sight loss. When you make a donation, you will be helping Guide Dogs ensure people living with sight loss across the UK feel less alone, now and for the next 90 years.

Thank you!

The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.
