This April, we are challenging ourselves to climb the "6 peaks" ...
We will be taking on the National 3 Peaks; Ben Nevis, Scarfell Pike and Snowdon, which is 23 miles distance and over 3000m of ascent. We are then heading straight over to Yorkshire to complete the Yorkshire 3 Peaks; Ingleborough, Pen-y-Ghent and Whernside, a further 24.5 miles distance and 1500m ascent.
We are taking on the challenges to support 3 charities:
Ashley was an amazing friend to a few of us taking part and we have been wanting to do some charity events to raise money for St Barnabas, who looked after him in his last few weeks. They do an incredible job and make these strong individuals feel as comfortable as they possibly can.
It is no secret to that we have a massive problem with plastic pollution in our oceans. Plastic Oceans UK are a fantastic charity working on raising awareness and educating about the problem (including an excellent schools programme), as well as tackling the problem head on. They work with businesses to help find ways to reduce their plastic footprint.
Mia and Charlie are two incredible children who unfortunately will never be able to live a life of independence. They both need full time care from what can only be described as two of the most amazing parents. This comes at a huge financial cost with certain items, that we would all take for granted, such as a dedicated child seat, that run into thousands of pounds.

We ask that you support us by giving to one or more of these charities. We would like to support them all equally so do ask where possible that you split your donations by donating to each of the three charities.
We will keep you updated throughout all of our challenges.
