This year is the 70th Anniversary of the first ascent of Mt Everest. Climb 8,848 meters elevation from wherever you are in the world to mark this historic achievement & raise vital funds for children living in extreme urban poverty in Nepal.

Story

So far we’ve managed a trek in buttermere (3 x 512: 1536m), 1 uphill climb at rivington pike (363m), Ingleton falls (285m) and Moel Famau (2 x 555m: 1110m)

*Total so far: 3,294 metres

*Target for Virtual Everest: 8848 metres

* 5554 metres to go!

Both in the peak district and then Snowdonia Wales we have now exceeded our target of 8848metres with a few days to go :)))
