The iconic Ride London-Essex 100 returns on Sunday 26 May 2024! And we're crazily taking on this 100 mile challenge! Why? To raise urgently needed funds for brilliant charity, forRefugees.

You get the easy bit! Without leaving your armchair, please please please donate generously. Our ride will be fuelled by your kindness and generosity! We need you to help us reach our fundraising goal today, and the finish line on the 26th!

ForRefugees believe in community, so rather than providing aid themselves, they instead award grants to as many as 70 like-minded frontline charities in eight countries. Since 2016 forRefugees have successfully brought donors and grassroots activists together to make a difference to vulnerable people's lives every day.

ForRefugees ensure your donations -

> aids daily survival by helping vulnerable women, children and men stay warm on freezing cold nights, eat nutritious food when hunger hits them, and regain human dignity through the simple act of brushing teeth, washing with a bar of soap and being able to change their clothes.

> equips activists to react quickly when vulnerable people's living circumstances change without notice, providing the most urgent help like a sleeping bag, water and some biscuits.

> facilitates rebuilding lives by supporting people through their asylum claim processes, providing translations of important information and housing and psychosocial help to help people who've suffered trauma back on their feet.

Since 2016 the forRefugees community of donors and activists have helped 100,000's people, helping to fill humanitarian gaps left by governments and large aid agencies.
