We raise funds for children with cancer to help them through treatment using play.
Story
The 13th of November marks 8 years ago since I was diagnosed with cancer . I would like to thank everyone for the support though my ups and downs and through the years of my treatment I can’t thank you all enough . No child or adult should go through what I went through .
This is my story.
The day I got told I had acute lymphoblastic leukeamia I was aged 7 on the 13th of November 2012 i didn’t really know what it was , but then I was soon rushed to the LGI the same day and little did I know this had changed my life forever . I remember many phrases in my life , but one especially and one that stuck with me . It was my mums first words after I was diagnosed she said “ are we going to loose him “ I will never forget this phrase as it proves cancer isn’t all about death it’s about the support and the journey though it I have met so many amazing and caring people I am just happy to say I turned something good out of Something bad . My heart goes out today . Tomorrow. And every day of my life to those who I know and don’t know who have beaten or lost to cancer we will always remember you
