About Stow-on-the-Wold Almshouse Charity
Built in the mid- 19th century, the almshouses need constant maintenance and repair to provide warm and safe homes and to comply with legal requirements. This is the first call on our annual income. We cannot afford to undertake other work, however important or desirable for our residents’ welfare.
