About St Mary's Church, Shinfield
The building of St Mary's has stood since 1069, 3 years after the battle of Hastings. We are the latest in generations to use the Church in whatever capacity meets our needs. The Church receives no funding from local or national Government for maintenance, so we are 100% reliant on public donations.
