Story

Steps for Santa is back. So clean up those boots and get the whole family and your friends walking for the Wollaton Park Rotary Christmas challenge for charity. This year we are collecting for Forget-me-Notts a local charity helping vulnerable children and other local good causes such as foodbanks and charities giving much needed support to the homeless and most vulnerable.

It’s simple just register all your steps each day during December and get sponsors for your own personal goal and help us raise funds for those in need this Christmas.

Santa and his helpers want to get to back in time for their own Christmas dinner. Help them deliver their sacks of presents to the children of Europe on their way home to the North Pole. Can you help us achieve our goal of walking 25 million steps on our route taking in all the capital cities of Europe. In 2020 you helped Santa by walking more than 22 million steps by Christmas Eve so please can you go that extra mile.

To register your steps let Santa’s helpers David and Rebecca know by email to wollparkrotary@gmail.com
