With treasured memories of Steph who passed away at The Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth on 13th January 2020, aged 48 years.
Steph will be so very missed by her loving family and all her friends and many colleagues.
Steph’s funeral service will take place on Friday 31st January 2020 at The Oaks, Havant Crematorium at 10.45am.
