Story

Welcome to the Fabulous Faculty Fundraising Page!

This October, we are collectively joining forces as a group to build awareness and raise money for the incredible charity SeeAbility. As eye-care professionals we are championing their mission and helping them in "supporting people who have learning disabilities or autism, who may also have sight loss or complex support needs, to live ambitious lives and achieve things they never thought possible."

Together as colleagues we are taking part in SeeAbility's "STEPS COUNT" charity event by creating and completing our own personal challenges across October and raising money as a group. We are also hosting a friendly competition with our sister fundraising page, Super Steppers and  Marvellous Mentors to beat them in a race to reach 5,000,000 steps first, with the aim of creating even more awareness!

We are incredibly grateful if you are able to support SeeAbility and our fundraising page by donating and spreading the word. Thank you for your generosity and taking the time to read our story. :)

About the charity

SeeAbility provides ambitious social care for people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss. We encourage them to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society - and they in turn challenge us all to think about what’s possible, and to rethink disability.
