About Solent Students' Union
Solent Students’ Union works to enrich the student experience through opportunities, support, influence and action in order to develop confident students at the heart of Solent University. Solent University students are represented by the Students' Union, led by democratically elected student sabbatical officers, whose purpose is to ensure that their voice is heard by key decision-makers and leaders at Solent University in order to shape and influence their student experience. Students' Union services include academic support and the Safe Solent taxi service to ensure students get home safely. Societies provide opportunities to meet like-minded students and build transferrable skills, whilst a varied calendar of events offers social and educational opportunities that allow students to balance their studies with student life
