My wonderful nephew Kai was born with Kabuki Syndrome.  The charity 'We are Beams' have been a massive support to my brother and his family over the years providing family advice and short breaks.  I am hoping that my sober journey can help support this local charity.  

I quit drinking on the 26th of January 2021.  Having quit drinking now for nearly three months and discovering the many benefits of being sober, health benefits and clarity of mind, I thought that I would like to extend the challenge to twelve months and in turn do something very worthwhile alongside this journey of sobriety.  Which is supporting and working with a wonderful charity that not only supports my family but many other families as well.
