I have been working at the Merlin MS Centre since september  2014 in the physiotherapy department as a therapy assistant. 

Here I spend time helping people who are living with MS and the daily struggles that this disease brings.

There is no cure for Multiple Sclerosis and it effects people in different ways, symptoms are varied  and different for everyone. Living with this debilitating disease is a constant battle trying to maintain everyday control and body function that most of us take for granted on a daily basis.

Working here has given me  great insight into the effects that this disease has on people and their lives, doing this parachute jump gives me chance to raise awareness and money for the Merlin MS Centre. 

The Merlin Centre is a charity,  it raises its own funds to keep the centre running and delivering the exceptional support and  wide variety of therapies to its users. It costs approximately 350,000 a year to run the centre so please if you can spare anything to sponsor my jump donate a little or a lot.

Oh yeah I am petrified!!!! Don't really like flying!!!
