Story
I have decided to be more active in supporting charities and causes that I feel passionate about. This was the inspiration for me to sign up for this year´s Aberdeen Kiltwalk to raise money for Trees for Life. I will be walking 17.87 miles from Aberdeen to Banchory in a kilt!
Here is a wee bit of information about Trees for Life.
Trees for Life is an award-winning charity working to restore Scotland's Caledonian Forest. Their vision is to restore natural forests and rare wildlife to a spectacular wilderness region of the Scottish Highlands, including their 10,000 acre Dundreggan Conservation Estate. Their work is about people as much as places. Their conservation work is carried out by volunteers and funded by their members, charitable trusts, corporate supporters and people who dedicate a tree or grove.
Thanks for your support!
