Story

Hi Everyone,

This year I had planned to complete the Tough Mudder in honour of my dad as part of a fundraiser for the Irish Heart Foundation. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, this event has been postponed. I didn't want to wait a year to do a fundraiser so instead myself, Seán and David will each be walking 53K over the next few days. I might even attempt some running if my bandy hip will allow it :)

These kilometres will represent the 53 years we were lucky enough to have my dad on this earth and the incredible impact he had in such a short life. All donations will go to the Irish Heart Foundation to help prevent premature illness and death from heart disease and stroke.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a tough time for many people so if you can’t donate please feel free to join me (virtually) in clocking up some km this week and keep a healthy heart ❤️
