Hi and welcome to my friends, family and new comers to my just giving page for 2011. 

For those of you who are visiting my just giving page for the first time, my name is Jason or Jas, Jay, Shark bite, anything really as long as you can please make a small donation. 

In brief, in 2004 I was diagnosed with Double Kidney failure and had to commit dialysis, first at home and then at the Hospital, which became part of my weekly routine

 On the 04 December 2006, I Was blessed with a double organ transplant and given the gift of life, but acutely aware of what my donor’s family must have been going through.

 Right from the start, I knew I wanted to regain my fitness, take part in sport, promote the gift of life through Organ Transplantation and make my family and my donor family proud, they are always in my thoughts even though I don’t know who or where they are.  

 So why am I here, after my success at this year British Transplant Games I have been re-selected to represent the UK at the World Transplant Games in Goteborg Sweden from the 17^th -24^th June 2011 and I need your help to raise the funds to get me there. If you could please make a small donation towards my sponsorship, i woul really appreciate your support.

The purpose of the World Transplant Games is to visibly demonstrate the benefits of successful organ transplantation and work to increase public awareness of its success and thereby increase organ donation rates, as well as promote the full rehabilitation and wellbeing of our participants.
