Mentoring Plus is a local charity which supports young people facing challenges by connecting them with their community through award winning mentoring schemes, youth clubs, projects and inspiring activities programmes. Currently during lockdown sessions are not able to happen face to face but our practitioners are working hard to be creative and link up digitally and online. Just this week they are delivering creative care packages to some of our mentees and this is certainly putting a smile on their faces!
