Catherine is off to the Beatson this week for her initial consultation for her transplant. We will know much more by the end of the week.

Mixed news for us yesterday.
Sadly Lizzie was not a match for her sister.
Thankfully though Anthony Nolan have 15 UK registrants who are potential matches. A further 150 around the world also show to be a potential match. You certainly picked the right time in your life to be common Catherine!!
These numbers will obviously dwindle as some may now be deceased or not in a position to be a donor today. However her Macmillan Nurse is confident the one good match we need will be found from amongst these anonymous donors.

We have made good progress today with organising a donor day at Banff and Buchan College in Fraserburgh and one in RGU Aberdeen. Watch this space.... !!!!
