Fundraising for Anthony Nolan
Story
As many of you know I have recently lost a lot of weight and have taken up running in order to get fit and keep it off. This hobby has now become a slight obsession which started off with 5k runs and half marathons, and has now cumulated in a marathon!! I must be mad! So on the 25th of April I am going to attempt to run the London Marathon, all 26.2 miles of it, the aim is to finish and raise some much needed funding for The Anthony Nolan Trust.
I will be supported by Ron, my trusty sherpa, cheerleader and wallet object, a runner can't carry money !!
To help take back more lives from leukaemia, The Anthony Nolan Trust constantly needs more people aged 18 - 40 to join its bone marrow register and to do this they need as much funding as possible.
