Hello YOU!.......Yes YOU!

Have I got your attention yet?!?!

Yes I know its boring to receive these requests for sponsorship but listen up........yep I"ve put no training in......(lardy pants!) but I am going to risk life and limb on sunday July 3rd to jump out of an aeroplane and sky dive to help raise some money for a special girl who has been part of my life for the last year or so.

I met my lovely 19 year old patient Charlotte a year and a half ago. She had been in a wheelchair for many months crippled with a severe form of arthritis. I then had the privelige of helping her to walk again after having both of her hips replaced. She has been so very brave and strong and is now working and (almost!) running around.

She still suffers badly with the arhtritis in the rest of her body but just gets on with life. I am totally humbled by her bravery. 3 months ago she asked me if i would help her raise some money for Arthritis care which helps support patients and families of sufferers of this often disabling disease.    YEAH I know its not going to save a life but a little donation to something you may not have thought of before is definitely going to help someone like charlotte.

SO IN 6 DAYS TIME....I know its late to ask so just sponsor me now and don"t put it off........I will jump out of a plane and see the world from a different angle!!!

I"m not going to ask for much......but just type in a couple of quid PLEASE....DO IT NOW!!!
