About Sheffield Women's Counselling & Therapy Service

Saffron Sheffield offers free, long-term trauma-specialised services for women in Sheffield who suffer psychologically due to experiences of abuse or trauma. We provide high-quality 1:1 psychotherapy and group work support for women to address the root cause of their trauma and alleviate distress.
