Since becoming a grown-up (ok, I use the term loosely!) I have been struck by how fragile life is... Just within my small circle of family and friends I have witnessed Garry's Grandad lose his battle against Prostrate Cancer, his inspirational aunties Anne and Joyce win their battles against Breast Cancer, my friend Joanna beat Bowel Cancer and my psychologically warped running buddy Bumper (another London Marathon runner!) fight Abdominal Cancer...

So, please help me raise as much money as I can for this incredibly worthy cause. Hell, those of you who witnessed me running my last marathon (some 12 years ago!), will remember I swore NEVER to do this again, so my pain and suffering must be worth a few pennies...
