About SOS Romanian Rescues SW
We rescue small/medium dogs from public shelters in Romania, where they are neglected, tortured, abused or even brutally killed. We also foster dogs that have been abandoned & pay to have them neutered and any other veterinary bills. Where suitable, dogs will be rehomed in the U.K. after being tested, neutered and prepped for travel (passport, vaccinations, microchip) and we pay for their transport to our rescue centre near Tiverton, Devon. They are assessed and then rehomed, mainly in the South West.
