Here we are again, Rise of Hope 2. A community effort to stream for as many different charities as possible, myself I will be raising for the British Heart Foundation in memory of Carol Schofield. I've never met her, but her son generously donated a sizeable amount to my last charity stream in her honour as he was raising himself for BHF.
