Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Matilda peacefully passed away at home on 13th January 2023 at the age of 96 after being cared for by family. 

Matilda was diagnosed with Dementia and so a donation to Dementia Carers Count in her memory will help other family carers to learn more about dementia and connect with others in similar situations
