In 2007 I completed a Himalaya Trek for Save The Children and raised over £5250. Since this time I have completed the British 10k Run and The Great North Run (Half Marathon) raising another £750 for Save The Children.

I am delighted to be given the opportunity to continue to raise money for Save The Children in the Reckitt Benckiser 2009 Challenge, trekking in the Ladakh Himalaya region of India.

The challenge will involve an ascent to 5000m, trekking over 5 days with a subsequent 'get your hands dirty' visit to one of the projects which Save the Children support.

I, and more importantly the children who will be the recipients of your donations, would be grateful if you will sponsor me on this Challenge.
