i am doing a solo coast to coast walk 200 miles in 12 days.in memory of my brother dave and also two good freinds who sadly took there own lifes last year. my brother never told anyone just how depressed he was. i want to make everyone aware that there are people to talk to not just freinds and family but professional organisation's too.

the walk starts from st bees in the lakes to robin hoods bay in yorkshire i will take a stone from st bees beach and throw it in the sea in yorkshire in there memory. only a small one! the walk starts on the 27 of july so come on guys n girls lets support an make people aware of the help out there........thanks for any donations to the local charity north staffordshire MIND
