I am retired and volunteer for the Stroke Association, doing Blood Pressure and Stroke prevention talks at events in London.
.I was a Paramedic in the Ambulance Service and saw the devastating effects of Stroke.
Please help us continue our work. High Blood Pressure is the Biggest Risk Factor For Stroke!

F = Face Has the Fallen on one side, can they smile?
A = Arms Can they raise both arms and keep them there?
S = Speech Is there Speech Slurred?
T = Time Time to call 999 if you see any single one of these signs
