The Ruislip Northwood Old Folks Association (RNOFA) is a members only luncheon club for the overs 60’s, in Ruislip and Eastcote We are a open every weekday, providing a healthy 3 course, home cooked lunch. We offer an opportunity to meet new friends, socialise and enjoy great food.
