I am fundraising for The Phoenix Residence, because they provide essential services to adults living with disabilities to enable them to thrive in their own homes. With the help of our 230 skilled and caring Direct Support Professionals, they serve 300 adults in Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, and Washington counties. However, their services are being compromised! Ongoing changes to the Medicaid funding and a serious workforce shortage are threatening staffing levels and their ability to keep and attract a skilled, caring, and talented workforce.  

Your contribution will help cover the gap between government funding and real wages and benefits to support these heroes who care about and for loved ones with disabilities.
