Dear friends,

During the first two weeks of August I'll be undertaking my biggest personal challenge yet by cycling the length of the UK; starting at Land's End on Sunday 3rd August and finishing at John o' Groats on Saturday 16th August.

I'm doing this to raise money for Dr. Kershaw's Hospice in Oldham to donate in memory of my dad, Rex.

Dr. Kershaw's Hospice provides specialist care for adults with non-curable life-threatening illnesses and support for the patient's families and carers. Many of you will know the impact Dr. Kershaw's had on my family in 2011, and no doubt many of you have your own connections to the hospice.
