Story

Gary (the best husband, dad, granddad, father in law, brother, uncle, friend and colleague) sadly passed away from stomach cancer on Thursday 27th February at the Nightingale House Hospice.  He received wonderful care from the hospice, both as an inpatient in his last two weeks and as an outpatient in the early stages of his illness.  They also extended this care to us with such unwavering kindness.  It was Dad's wish that we support them following his death.

The running costs of the hospice in 2018 were over £3 million and with only 20% coming from statutory sources, they greatly rely on the generosity of the communities they serve to raise the additional funding.

PS SA took out some of their lights on leaving the carpark yesterday so we need at least £200 to replace these.
