On January 3rd 2022, Tabitha sadly passed away in her sleep at home. Thanks to the love, care and support the Rossendale Hospice gave to Tabitha and our family, she was able to spend her final weeks at home and celebrate Christmas with her family.

Rossendale Hospice is a charity that aims to improve the quality of life of their patients, through expert nursing care, compassion, understanding, emotional and psychological support.
