We are deeply saddened to mark the passing of our father, Dakshesh Patel - also known as Dak to friends and Jagu to family - on Sunday 3 May 2020. 

We would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of love and support over recent days.

Dad was very charitable, and we couldn't agree on one single cause that was closest to his heart. But we will be eternally grateful for the staff from Hillingdon Hospital, who supported him during his time there in the last weeks of his illness.

We welcome contributions to Hillingdon Hospital, instead of flowers, ahead of his funeral on Thursday 21 May 2020.
