Rafi and his friends are going to take part in a 5K colour dash, to try and raise as much money as possible for Bluebell Wood, a charity which is very close to their hearts.

It will be a MASSIVE challenge for Rafi as he has only managed to walk a mile since he started rehab, but he is determined to get to the finish line no matter how long it takes!
