As some of you may or may not know, last year I lost a dear friend to cancer. She was a very special lady, so this year I will be running the Race for Life up in Norwich in her memory. Her husband and family have set up a charity fund in her name to raise money for the cancer charity called The Big C. Money raised will continue to improve and provide the very best services for cancer patients and their families. They were amazing to Jayne and her family when it really mattered so would be great to give something back.
