Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As we come out of lockdown we thought it would be fun to have a photo competition that will hopefully get people out and about in the holidays, and at the same time raise some much needed funds for our RDA Group.  We look forward to all sorts of interesting and fun animal photos that you will all be able to see on our facebook page.

The competition entry fee is £10 per photo. Please read the competition Terms and Conditions.  Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

 The closing date for entries is midnight on Tuesday 30th September 2020.  The closing date has been extended to allow students doing photography at school or college to enter.

How to enter

a.  
Entries should be labelled with the category entered (either a or b)

b.Entrants are required to provide their full name, email address and phone number.  We request this personal data for the purpose of the administration of the competition.  The data will be processed and stored in a secure manner and will only be kept for the duration of the 2020 photography competition.  The data will then be destroyed in a secure manner.  We will not use this data for any other purpose.

Competition Rules 

a.  All photos must be original work, taken by the entrants.  No third party may own or control any materials the photo contains, and the photo must not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual rights or rights of privacy of any entity or person.

b. The photo must be in its original state and should not have been altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing or distorting subjects within the frame.

c. The judges’ decision is final.  We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.

d. Submission will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.

Copyright and permissions

By submitting images for the RDA Abingdon 2020 Photography Competition, each entrant confirms that:

All images they submit are their own
work and they own the copyright for them.

None of the images submitted have been
published elsewhere or have won a prize in any other photographic competition.

All images they submit have been
taken with the permission of any human subjects that appear in the image and
that the image does not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

a. RDA Abingdon has irrevocable permission to reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit, on any media, any of the images entered into the 2020 photography competition, for any purpose connected with the charity.  Copyright in all images submitted for this competition remain with the respective entrants.

b. RDA Abingdon will make every reasonable effort to ensure that name
credits of entrants are reproduced on photos published in online printing
publications.

c. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that
the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

About the charity

From a purpose built centre in Oxon, we specialise in providing riding to private individuals, from all ages and a wide spectrum of disabilities. We provide as many riders as possible with the opportunity to ride to benefit their health and well being, and to support the achievement of their goals.
