Story

This year, I am walking 14 miles for Ayr Gaiety.

The Gaiety is a charity run theatre that works with people across the communities of Ayrshire through theatre. All the FOH staff are volunteers from the community. By hosting the pantomime which got 5 stars from The Stage 'Mother Goose' to tribute acts, touring plays, hosting dance shows, amatuer shows, Play Pie and A Pint from our The Gaiety's own works. The Gaiety do things such as dementia cafes for people who deal with or suffer from dementia. To give young people access to theatres through the Young Company to Youth Theatre, which was relaunched in 2018. By donating money to my walk, it will be going to the future of The Gaiety and saving people of Ayrshire travelling up to Glasgow to see theatre as it can be expensive for certain people. The Gaiety has done lots for me during my acting training in college and university. It has done this for upcoming young artists in Ayrshire.
