Huddersfield University Marathon Band is a unique group.
What I aim to do as part of the group is to be a part of the first marching band to complete the Virgin London Marathon in 2011. By doing this we aim to make in excess of £50,000 for the charity Sense for deafblind people. By having to raise £50,000, I have to raise £1500 and I would like to raise as much as I can through donations off friends and family - or anyone else, as well as many other events we have planned for the fundraising campaign.
As you can imagine this is a huge target for us to make so we need as much help as we can get to achieve this.
