Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit the Peter Thomas Photography JustGiving page.
I’ve been very touched by the Nepal disaster. As you will know, we visited Nepal in October. It was an unbelievable trip. While we were there, we got invited to lunch in a local village and dined with Shiva and his family (pictured right). The hospitality was unbellevable - they served up up the very best food even though they had so little. So this week while we were relieved to hear our friends in Nepal were safe, we also heard that Shiva’s home had been badly damaged.
We’d like to send Shiva a gift to help with rebuilding his home - and also donate to the wider disaster. We are channeling our donations through United Vision Nepal (who are affiliated to Elim church) which was suggested to us by our friends in Nepal.
If you haven’t yet donated to an appeal - I would really appreciate it!
