Story
The coronavirus is a world wide pandemic - no country can assume that they will not be affected. For rich countries with well defined and well funded healthcare systems the problem can be managed but at a cost in both money and lives. But in a country like Rwanda, the cost in human lives could be significant. Rwanda is currently on lockdown til mid April but life is challenging - you cant just book in a sainsburys delivery! The cost of food is rising. The Government like the Government of every other country is putting in place appropriate measure to contain the virus. And like in the UK, people are hurting. Any funds that we receive will go to Rwanda as the trustees personally cover all administration costs of running the trust. We work through the Shyogwe Diocese of the Anglican Church of Rwanda.
