About PATH - Pembrokeshire Action for the Homeless
PATH provides a wraparound support for those facing or experiencing homelessness in Pembrokeshire. From tenancy support and mental health counselling, to numeracy and legal support. Every year we help over 2000 people as the housing crisis gets worse. All support is greatly appreciated.
